At SDGKidsConnect, we believe that the future of our planet depends on how well today’s youth understand and engage with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Founded in 2023 by Derin Ege Sezgin, our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: make learning about the SDGs accessible, fun, and action-driven for children and teens everywhere.
From the start, our mission has been clear — to become the leading global provider of youth education on the SDGs, working side-by-side with the United Nations. We’re not just here to inform; we’re here to inspire. Through our unique blend of educational resources, interactive SDG-themed games available only on our site, and opportunities to contribute directly to causes advancing each goal, we empower young people to become changemakers in their communities.
We see learning as more than memorizing facts — it’s about sparking curiosity, building empathy, and creating a ripple effect of positive action. Whether it’s donating to organizations making a real impact, playing our games to deepen understanding, or sharing what they’ve learned with friends and family, youth who connect with us become part of a growing global movement.
